AWS Cost Explorer

AWS Cost Explorer ကတော့ AWS Billing & Cost Management မှ cost and usage analysis ရဲ့ tool တစ်ခုဖြစ်ပြီး AWS အသုံးစရိတ်နဲ့ usage များကို ကြည့်ရှု၊ ခွဲခြမ်းစိတ်ဖြာ၊ ခန့်မှန်းရာမှာ အသုံပြု နိုင်ပါတယ်။

Cost Explorer ကို အသုံးပြုခြင်းဖြင့် service-wise, region-wise, account-wise cost trend များကို visual graph များ ဖြင့် လွယ်ကူစွာ နားလည်နိုင်ပြီး cloud spend ဘယ်နေရာတွေမှာ တက်လာနေလဲဆိုတာကို အလွယ်တကူ သိနိုင်ပါတယ်။

Cost Explorer တွင် ပုံမှန် နောက်ဆုံး 13 လအထိ historical cost data ကို ပြသနိုင်သလို လာမည့် 18 လအထိ forecasted cost ကိုလည်း ခန့်မှန်းပြသပေးနိုင်ပါသည်။

38 လအထိ monthly historical data နှင့် နောက်ဆုံး 14 ရက်အတွင်း daily / hourly data ကို Forecast accuracy ကို မြှင့်တင်ရန်အတွက် ကြည့်ချင်ပါက Historical and Granular Data Settings များကို enable ပြီး အသုံးပြုနိုင်ပါတယ်။ Hourly granularity ကတော့ paid feature ပဲဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

Cost Explorer dashboard တွင် Month-to-date (MTD) cost နှင့် forecasted month-end cost ကို အမြဲတမ်း မြင်နိုင်သောကြောင့် budget planning, trend analysis, year-over-year comparison များအတွက် အလွန်အသုံးဝင်ပါသည်။ ထို့အပြင် Reserved Instances (RI) နှင့် Savings Plans များအတွက် recommendation များကိုလည်း ပေးသဖြင့် long-term cost optimization ကို ပိုမိုထိရောက်စေပါသည်။

Cost Comparison

Cost Explorer ရဲ့ Cost Comparison feature က လနှစ်ခုအကြား cost ပြောင်းလဲမှုကို automatic analysis လုပ်ပေးနိုင်ပြီး service, account, region အလိုက် cost increase ဖြစ်စေသော top drivers များကို အချိန်တိုအတွင်း ဖော်ပြပေးနိုင်ပါသည်။ Usage change, discount change, RI coverage change စသည့် detail breakdown များကိုပါ ပြသပေးနိုင်သောကြောင့် manual analysis အချိန်ကုန်သက်သာပါတယ်။

Cost Explorer Fee

Cost Explorer ကို AWS Management Console UI မှ အခမဲ့ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ပြီး API မှ အသုံးပြုပါက API request တစ်ခုလျှင် $0.01 ကျသင့်ပါတယ်။ Cost Explorer ကို enable လုပ်ပြီးမှ disable ပြန်လုပ်လို့မရပါဘူး။ Cost data များကို ပုံမှန်အားဖြင့် နေ့စဉ် (at least every 24 hours) update ပေးပါတယ်။

Cost Explorer Saved Reports

Report များကို CSV format ဖြင့် export လုပ်ကာ external analysis ပြုလုပ်နိုင် သလို save as report လုပ်ထားပါကလဲ Cost Explorer saved reports မှတစ်ဆင့် လက်ရှိ configuration အတိုင်း အလွယ်တကူ ပြန်လည်ကြည့်ရှုနိုင်ပါသည်။

Cost Anomaly Detection

Cost Explorer ကို enable လုပ်သည်နှင့် AWS သည် Cost Anomaly Detection ကို auto-configure လုပ်ပေးပြီး machine learning ကို အသုံးပြုကာ မျှော်မှန်းထားသော spend pattern မှ သိသိသာသာ ကွဲလွဲမှု့ရှိတဲ့ cost များကို detect လုပ်ပြီး alert ပို့ပေးပါသည်။
